830.02 PEDDLING ON PUBLIC WAYS.
   No person shall, on any public street, sidewalk or other way, solicit the sale of any merchandise, wares, goods, foods, periodicals or other articles of value, for present or future delivery. (Ord. 785. Passed 2-6-61.)
830.03 PEDDLING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   The practice of going in or upon private property in the Municipality by solicitors, peddlers, hawkers, itinerant merchants or transient vendors of merchandise, not having been invited to do so by the owners or occupants of such private residences, for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale of goods, wares, merchandise or services, and/or disposing of and/or peddling or hawking the same, is hereby declared to be a nuisance and is prohibited. 830.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
