810.02 WRITTEN CONSENT OF PROPERTY OWNERS REQUIRED.
   No permit shall be issued to erect a gasoline filling station in any residential district unless the person desiring to install and erect such filling station, which includes erection of gasoline pumps for use by the public, first obtains the written consent of fifty-one percent of the property owners within a radius of 300 feet of the point where the filling station is to be constructed.
   As used in this section, “residential district” means a district in which more than sixty percent of the surface within the 300 foot radius contains buildings or premises used for residence purposes. (Ord. 96. Passed 12-7-36.)
