1. The Los Angeles Housing Department may adopt regulations on the implementation and administration of this article, which regulations shall have the force of law.
2. The City Attorney shall be authorized to enforce the provisions of this article and all Replacement Housing Agreements, regulatory document, covenants, resale restrictions, promissory notes, deed of trust, and other requirements placed on Replacement Units through a civil action and any other proceeding or method permitted by law. The City may, at its discretion, take such enforcement action as is authorized under this Code and/or any other action authorized by law or by any Replacement Housing Agreement, regulatory document, restriction, or agreement executed under this article.
3. Civil Action. The City Attorney may institute a civil proceeding for injunctive relief and damages for violations of this article.
