LAHD may request information from an Owner or Interested Party and conduct investigations as reasonably necessary to implement the provisions of this Article and to determine the status of a building as a Residential Hotel. If LAHD has requested information from an Owner in order to make a determination pursuant to Sections 47.75 or 47.76, and the requested information is not provided, LAHD may deem the building a Residential Hotel and all of the units therein Residential Units.
