No person under the age of sixteen (16) years shall enter, be, remain, dance or receive dancing instructions, in any dance academy, between the hours of six (6) o’clock P.M. of any day and twelve o’clock midnight of the same day, unless such infant is accompanied thereto as provided for in Sec. 45.08 of this article.
