The cost of providing Information Technology System services to departments of the City of Los Angeles having control of their own funds shall be paid by such departments. The basis of charges for services provided to such departments shall be determined by the General Manager of the Department and the moneys collected therefor shall be deposited in the General Fund, unless otherwise specified by Council.
