Sec. 22.281. Standards for Selection and Training of Correctional Personnel.
 
   While receiving any State Aid pursuant to Article 3, commencing with Section 6040 of the California Penal Code, the City of Los Angeles will adhere to the standards for selection and training established by the Board of Corrections of the State of California.
