(a) The Community Development Department shall provide all necessary administrative and other support to the Authority. The City Clerk shall act as the Secretary to the Authority. The City Controller and City Treasurer shall be the Controller and Treasurer, respectively, of the Authority. The Authority shall reimburse the City in full for all administrative and other support services provided by the City from the fees and charges which the Authority is authorized to collect by the Act or from any other revenue which it may have.
(b) All matters pertaining to applications for projects, projects undertaken by the Authority, or the issuance of industrial development bonds by the Authority shall, before final action is taken thereon by the Authority, be submitted to the Community and Economic Development Committee of the City Council for its review and recommendation thereon.
