915.103 SUPPLEMENTARY LIMITATIONS.
   (a)    No person shall discharge, cause, or allow to be discharged, into the sanitary sewer, wastes which contain any of pollutants listed in this section unless the person is issued a wastewater discharge permit by the City which allows the discharge of such pollutants. In the absence of such specific wastewater discharge permit conditions, no person shall discharge any of the following pollutants, except as such pollutants may occur, and only in the concentrations such pollutants may occur, in the water supplied to the premises.
   (b)    The Director or designee may develop Best Management Practices (BMPs ), by ordinance or in individual wastewater discharge permits to implement Local Limits and the requirements of Section 915.100.
   (c)    The Director reserves the right to establish, by ordinance or individual wastewater discharge permits, more stringent standards or requirements on discharges to the POTW consistent with the purpose of these regulations.
   (d)    Discharge of any pollutants allowed by permit shall not exceed the following limitations:

   (e)   The Director reserves the right to modify the above limitations at any time without the necessity to amend Section 915.103. Within sixty (60) days of the modification of limitations, a letter shall be issued by the Director to the City Council of Lorain notifying the body of said changes to limitations as approved by the Ohio EPA.
