911.302 REGULATORY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT COMPLIANCE CHARGE.

All consumers supplied with water by the City shall be charged a monthly Regulatory Capital Improvement Compliance Charge based on the size of their meter. The Regulatory Capital Improvement Compliance Charge shall be part of the rates as determined in Section 911.303.
