Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 734.04, Assessment and Collection of Water Rents, the Safety/Service Director may assess and collect a water rent or charge of sufficient amount and in such manner as he or she determines to be most equitable from all tenements and premises supplied with water. The current rates for water furnished inside City limits shall be maintained on file and available to the public in the Safety/Service Director’s office and/or the City of Lorain Utilities Department.
