901.09 SUSPENSION OF PERMITS.

Upon failure of any person to comply with Sections 901.07 and 901.08, the Construction Board or the officer issuing the permits to such person shall have the power to suspend the issuance of any further permits for a reasonable length of time until such rule, regulation and order has been complied with.
