Any operator who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on the first offense; and a misdemeanor of the first degree on any subsequent conviction of this chapter and shall be punished as provided in Chapter 698 of the London City Ordinances. Each day an operator is in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
