As used in this chapter:
(a) "Bureau" means the Parking Violations Bureau of the City, unless specifically identified as another bureau, in which case it means the bureau so identified.
(b) "Court" or "Municipal Court" means the Madison County Municipal Court, unless specifically identified as another court, in which case it means the court so identified.
(c) “Compact car” means a small, or compact, car as having between 100-109 cubic feet of combined passenger and cargo volume, is in between 161 and 187 inches long.
(d) “Law enforcement officer” means all officers and positions listed in Section 606.01(h).
(e) “Local authority” means every county, municipal corporation, township or other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State.
(g) “Vehicle” has the same meaning as in Section 402.57.
