230.01 COMPOSITION OF OFFICE.
   The Mayor's office shall be composed of the Mayor and such other employees as Council may designate or authorize from time to time or are set forth in the current compensation or salary ordinance.

230.02 ACCEPTANCE OF PROPERTY SEIZED BY FEDERAL AUTHORITIES INCIDENT TO DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS.
   (a)   The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept cash and other tangible property from the United States Government in accordance with the Comprehensive Drug Penalty Act of 1984. However, any acceptance of real estate by the Mayor shall be subject to approval by ordinance of Council.
   (b)   The Mayor is hereby directed to place all such cash received into a special fund with the City Auditor to be used solely for law enforcement purposes.
   (c)   All such tangible property shall be "brass tagged" or assetted to the Police Department to be used solely for law enforcement purposes.
