§ 157.250 LOCATION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ESTABLISHMENTS.

Drug paraphernalia establishments are prohibited uses within all zoning districts within the city. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree in addition to the penalties specified in § 157.031 of this chapter.
