§ 157.238 REVOCATION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

In the event that a license is revoked as provided for in § 118.06 of the Codified Ordinances, the Zoning Inspector shall also revoke the conditional use permit. In addition, the conditional use permit for an amusement arcade may be revoked following the procedure in §§ 157.238 to 157.240 of this chapter.
