The Zoning Inspector, prior to the issuance of a zoning permit, may require the submission of statements and plans indicating the manner in which dangerous and objectionable elements involved in processing operations, equipment operations and any other use are to be eliminated or reduced to acceptable limits and tolerance. The provisions of §§ 157.186 through 157.202, however, apply generally to all uses, existing or proposed within the city.
