The districts established in §§ 157.102 - 157.112 of this chapter as shown on the Official Zoning Map which, together with all explanatory material and notations thereon, is hereby adopted as a part of this chapter, and have the same force and effect as if the Official Zoning Map and all explanatory material and notations shown thereon were fully described in writing in this chapter. Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted to require all districts established in §§ 157.102 - 157.112 of this chapter to be located on the official Zoning Map at any time, it being the intent to provide a broad variety of districts for the present and future development of the city.
