§ 157.040 PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR APPEALS AND VARIANCES.
   Appeals and variances shall conform to the procedures and requirements of §§ 157.041 to 157.047 of this chapter, as specified in § 157.014 (1) and (2). The Board has appellate jurisdiction relative to appeals and variances. These procedures also apply to actions of the Board under the provisions of § 157.014 (4),(5), and (6) of this chapter.
