(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to play, produce, or reproduce upon any mechanical instrument or juke box, any obscene selection or rendition.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to use or permit to be used any mechanical musical instrument or juke box in such manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
