(A) No person shall sell, offer for sale, buy, offer to buy, consume, or possess beer and intoxicating liquors of any kind within the limits of any of the city parks, or in street areas abutting such parks.
(B) No person shall sell, offer for sale, buy, offer to buy, or consume beer or intoxicating liquors of any kind on any public alley, road, street, or highway, or on any public sidewalk, or on any premises owned, leased, rented, or occupied by the city, or on premises owned, leased, rented, or occupied by any public school or public school district.
(C) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
