§ 31.40 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   The full-time position of Code Enforcement Officer, be and hereby is established.
   (B)   The salary for this position shall be as set by Council, with the position to provide no accrual of sick time, vacation or health insurance benefits. The job description is attached to Ord. 42-2019 as Exhibit A.
