§ 31.20 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The City Council, by the authority given in R.C. § 737.27, hereby establishes the position of Arson Investigator. The Fire Chief may appoint the Arson Investigator. In the event an arson investigator is not appointed, the Fire Chief shall be the Arson Investigator.
