(A) The annual salary of the coordinator shall be as set by council, all of which shall be reimbursed from the HUD-CDBG program.
(B) The appointee shall be entitled to all fringe benefits provided by the city, including participation in the present plan of hospital and medical insurance coverage and any and all other such plans or coverages hereafter provided by the city, and at the rate of participation as shall hereafter be in effect.
