No person shall park a vehicle within an alley in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic. No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within an alley in such a position as to block the driveway entrance to any abutting property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park a vehicle on any street for the principal purposes of the following:
(A) Displaying for sale;
(B) Weighing, greasing, or repairing the vehicle, except repairs made necessary by a bona fide emergency;
(C) Storing by garages, dealers, or other persons when the storing is not incident to the bona fide use and operation of the automobile or other vehicle;
(D) Storing of any detached trailer or van when the towing unit has been disconnected;
(E) Transferring merchandise or freight from one vehicle to another; or
(F) Advertising.

In the event a highway includes two or more separate roadways and traffic is restricted to one direction on either roadway, no person shall stand or park a vehicle on the left-hand side of the one-way roadway unless signs are erected to permit the standing or parking.
