§ 30.033 CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO ISSUE LICENSE; PAYMENT OF TAX A PREREQUISITE.
   After receipt of the completed application, if the City Finance Officer believes that no reason exists for refusal of a license under § 30.031, the City Finance Officer shall determine the amount of tax due and notify the applicant of that amount. The City Finance Officer shall not issue a license until the tax is paid.
