§ 91.65 REQUEST TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL.
   The request as provided in § 91.64 shall be forwarded by the City Clerk to the City Council for consideration and action. When authorized by the City Council, the City Clerk shall issue a permit for such sidewalk sale as provided in § 91.71.
