§ 91.71 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT; CONTENTS.
   The permit required by this chapter shall be issued by the City Manager and shall contain the following:
   (A)   The exact location of the proposed sidewalk sale.
   (B)   The date and time of sidewalk sale to be permitted.
   (C)   The portion of the sidewalk which may be occupied by the sidewalk sale apparatus.
   (D)   The maximum number of salespersons to be permitted at any one time.
