§ 52.273 SEPARATION OF RECYCLABLES AND PLACEMENT FOR REMOVAL.
   Recyclables shall be prepared and separated from other refuse as required, and shall be collected by the city, or under subcontract by its designated agent. Recyclables shall be placed at curbside to be collected at times designated by the city.
