(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other specific penalty applies shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 10.99
(B) Any person who violates or neglects to comply with any provision of §§ 52.25 through 52.28 or any regulation promulgated pursuant thereto, shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed the maximum set forth in § 10.99, except that the maximum fine for failure to comply with § 52.27 shall not exceed $50 for the first offense or $100 for any succeeding offense. No enforcement of § 52.27 shall be made until two months from the effective date hereof.
