(A) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.998(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding the maximum set forth in § 10.99 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than the maximum fine set forth in § 10.99 for each offense.
