§ 244.05 WORKWEEK.
   (A)   A schedule of 12-hour work days, in which officers will work two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, two days on, three days off, in rotation, shall constitute the regular work schedule of all full-time sworn members of the Police Department. The Police Chief is a salaried employee as provided for in § 244.06(d). Forty hours weekly shall constitute the regular work week of all other full-time employees of the Police Department.
   (B)   All personnel on 12-hour shifts will work 0600-1800 or 1800-0600.
   (C)   Officers will be assigned on EDO (Extra day Off) every 6 weeks to keep them at 80 hours per week. The EDO will be scheduled by the Police Chief and only one officer will be permitted off at a time, sick days excepted. Off time includes EDO's, Vacation and Personal Days.
