CHAPTER 242: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY

Because of the status change of the municipality (April 20, 1981), this chapter was repealed by implication. Ordinance 82-3, passed January 4, 1982, provided that all references in these Codified Ordinances to the Director of Public Safety and Service or the Safety Service Director shall be amended to read “Village Administrator.”
