§ 1480.17 DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES.
   In cases where the vacation and/or repair of a dangerous dwelling or structure is insufficient to protect the health, morals, safety or general welfare of the public, as provided for in § 1480.10, and/or cases where an owner fails to comply with orders of the Housing Inspector or the Housing Appeals Board regarding such a dwelling or structure, pursuant to § 1480.11, the Housing Inspector shall cause such dangerous dwelling or structure to be torn down and demolished, materials thereof removed, all dangerous conditions remedied, and the premises graded and cleaned. The Housing Inspector shall also cause other related actions, as provided in § 1480.15, where necessary to accomplish such demolition. The costs of demolition and all related costs defined in this section shall be charged or recovered in the same manner as provided in § 1480.14.
