§ 1480.15 EMERGENCY VACATION AND REPAIR.
   If it reasonably appears that there is immediate danger to the life or safety of any person unless a dangerous dwelling, as defined in § 1480.11, is immediately vacated and/or repaired by the owner, in accordance with the order issued pursuant to § 1480.13, the Housing Inspector shall cause the immediate vacation and/or repair of such dangerous dwelling. The Housing Inspector is authorized to cause eviction and relocation of tenants and moving and storage of personal belongings of such tenants of a dangerous dwelling or structure where such activities are necessary to cause immediate vacation and/or repair. The Housing Inspector shall further cause such dangerous dwelling or structure to be closed or secured in such a manner that entry and/or use thereof is prevented. The costs of such emergency vacation, repair, eviction, relocation, moving or storage and closing and securing of such dwelling or structure shall be charged or recovered in the same manner as provided in § 1480.14.
