§ 1480.14 VACATION AND REPAIR.
   If an owner, occupant, mortgagee or lessee fails to comply with an order of the Housing Inspector, provided for in §§ 1480.07 and 1480.13, or the ruling of the Housing Appeals Board after hearing, where a hearing has been requested, the Housing Inspector shall cause such dwelling, or part thereof, to be vacated and may cause the same to be repaired, if the facts indicate that any delay will be dangerous to the health, safety or general welfare of the public, and shall cause the costs of such repair to be charged against the land on which the building exists as a municipal lien or to be recovered in a civil suit against the owner.
