§ 1424.08 NUISANCES; ORDERS TO VACATE; REPAIRS BY CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   All dangerous structures or parts thereof, as set forth in § 1424.07 are hereby declared to be public nuisances and shall be vacated and repaired as follows:
   (a)   If the dangerous structure is in such a condition as to make it dangerous to the health, morals, safety or general welfare of its occupants or the public, it shall be ordered to be vacated and shall be vacated in accordance with § 1424.06 and shall not be occupied after vacation until the building or structure is repaired and approval is given, in writing, by the Code Enforcement Officer.
   (b)   If the dangerous structure is vacated and not repaired or removed by the owner or lien holders of record as ordered by the Code Enforcement Officer, the Code Enforcement Officer shall cause such repairs or removal to be undertaken and shall collect the total costs of such repair or removal in accordance with § 1424.10.
