All buildings, structures or other premises, or parts thereof, which have any of the following defects, shall be deemed dangerous structures and shall be condemned as unfit for human occupancy:
(a) Those whose interior or exterior bearing walls or other vertical structural members list, lean or buckle to such an extent as to weaken the structural support they provide;
(b) Those which, exclusive of the foundation, show approximately one-third or more of damage to, or deterioration of, supporting members, or approximately one-half or more of damage to, or deterioration of, nonsupporting enclosing or outside walls or covering;
(c) Those which have improperly distributed loads upon the floors or roofs or in which the same are overloaded or which have insufficient strength to be reasonably safe for the purpose used;
(d) Those which have been damaged by fire, wind or other cause so as to no longer provide shelter from the elements and which have become dangerous to life, safety, morals or the general health and welfare of the occupants or the residents of the municipality;
(e) Those which have become or are dilapidated, decayed, unsafe, unsanitary or vermin- infested or which are likely to cause sickness or disease or injury to the health, morals, safety or general welfare of the occupants therein or of people at large;
(f) Those lacking light, air, sanitation or other mechanical facilities, as required by this Building and Housing Code to protect the health, safety or general welfare of persons who occupy or are present therein;
(g) Those lacking facilities required by this Building and Housing Code for egress, in cases of fire or panic, or those having insufficient stairways, elevators, fire escapes or other means of communication required by this Building and Housing Code; and
(h) Those which have parts thereof which are so attached that they may fall and injure occupants, the public or property.
