§ 1424.04 APPEALS.

All appeals from a notice of determination and order of compliance pursuant to § 1424.03 or an emergency order pursuant to § 1424.06 shall be made to the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court pursuant to Ohio R.C. § 715.262.
