§ 5-3-7 C-2 COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
   (A)   Applicable provisions. The provisions of Chapter 1 of this title are made applicable to all C-2 Districts, subject to the specific provisions of this section.
   (B)   Intent. The Community Commercial District is intended for the development of retail commercial shopping centers that are located outside of or peripheral to the Downtown Commercial District. This designation provides for a general ten acre or larger grouping of commercial establishments serving a market area within ten miles. Such facilities should be located in each residential quadrant of the community. All C-2 uses shall utilize common access and parking for commercial uses. New development shall conform to design guide standards.
   (C)   Permitted uses and development standards. Please refer to §§ 5-3-15 through 5-3-17 , Tables 2 through 9, of this chapter for an indication of permitted uses and development standards for the C-2 District.
