§ 5-3-4 R-3 HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

(A) Applicable provisions. The provisions of Chapter 1 of this title are made applicable to all R-3 Districts, subject to the specific provisions of this section.

(B) Intent. The High Density Residential District is intended to provide living areas within the city where development provides for high density concentrations of dwelling units in various housing types and styles with provisions for on site recreational amenities. New development shall conform to design guide standards.

(C) Permitted uses and development standards. Please refer to §§ 5-3-15 through 5-3-17 , Tables 2 through 9, of this chapter for an indication of permitted uses and development standards for the R-3 District.
