§ 5-3-2 R-1 LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   (A)   Applicable provisions. The provisions of Chapter 1 of this title are made applicable to all R-1 Districts, subject to the specific provisions of this section.
   (B)   Intent. The Low Density Residential District is intended to provide living areas within the city where development is limited to low density concentrations of single-family dwellings and where regulations are designed to promote and encourage a suitable environment for living, provide space for community facilities needed to compliment urban residential areas and provide for the safety, health and general welfare of its inhabitants. This designation also provides for innovative designs and shall conform to design guide standards.
   (C)   Permitted uses and development standards. Please refer to §§ 5-3-15 through 5-3-17 , Tables 2 through 9, of this chapter for an indication of permitted uses and development standards for the R-1 District.
