The city hereby adopts the 2022 California Building Code, with appendices, and any subsequent amendments and/or new editions and is hereby made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein, except that neither this nor any future adoptions shall have any effect on the enforceability of §§ 4-1-3-1 and 4-1-3-2 of this code. The city hereby reaffirms all previously made and legally required findings relating to those code sections.
