Waste collection: the building official, depending on the magnitude of a construction project, may require the permit applicant(s) to locate on site a waste collection bin large enough to receive construction materials. Permit applications for extensive remodeling, i.e., reroofing, interior-exterior wall covering removal and the like, shall be required to have a waste collection bin on site prior to the issuance of a building permit. All waste materials to be disposed of shall be placed within this bin and removed from the site by the bin provider.
