§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   (1)   If the owner fails, after 10 days’ notice, to correct the violation described in § 152.12 of this code:
         (a)   The city may make application to the circuit court for an injunction requiring conformance with this chapter or make the other order as the court deems necessary to secure compliance with this chapter;
         (b)   Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750; and
         (c)   A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
      (2)   The Building Inspector shall inform the owner that any violation is considered a willful act to increase flood damages and, therefore, may cause coverage by a standard flood insurance policy to be suspended.
      (3)   Nothing herein shall prevent the city from taking other lawful action to prevent or remedy any violations. All costs connected therewith shall accrue to the person or persons responsible.
