§ 130.01 SMOKING IN CITY HALL PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Excluding the Police Department, it shall be unlawful for any person to smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar, or pipe or to use any tobacco product within the City Hall. “No Smoking” signs shall be conspicuously posted as notice of the prohibition hereby enacted.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar, or pipe or to use any tobacco product within any city building that is intended for common public use by the general public. This shall include all offices, reception areas, public meeting rooms, and other areas generally open to the public for public business. Except however, department heads shall, within city buildings, designate smoking areas for employees usage only. “No Smoking” signs shall be conspicuously posted as notice of the prohibition hereby enacted.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for employees of the city to smoke in any city vehicle unless the department head has permitted it through certain rules governing the usage of vehicles.
