§ 130.99 PENALTY.

(A) General. Violation of any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) Hunting; firearms discharge. Any violation of § 130.02 shall be punishable by a fine as imposed by this code of ordinances, as from time to time amended.
