§ 96.160 HEALTH AND SANITATION AND INOPERABLE MOTOR VEHICLE PROVISIONS APPLY.

(A) Health and sanitation. Sections 94.01 through 94.08, 94.35 through 94.38, and 94.50 through 94.54 of this code shall also hereafter apply to zones A, B, C, and D of Lake Lou Yaeger as defined in this chapter.

(B) Inoperable motor vehicles. Section 94.06 of this code shall also hereafter apply to zones A, B, C, and D of Lake Lou Yaeger as defined in this chapter.

(C) Incorporation by reference. This division specifically incorporates those sections referred to above in divisions (A) and (B) by reference, and incorporates them by reference into this section.

(D) Enforcement. The City Lake Marshal, the Deputy Lake Marshal, and the city police of this city, shall all be, and are hereby authorized to enforce the terms of this section.
