§ 94.50 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   VEGETATION. Includes the following:

      (1)   Burdock;

      (2)   Ragweed (giant);

      (3)   Ragweed (common);

      (4)   Thistle;

      (5)   Cockleburr;

      (6)   Jimson;

      (7)   Blue vervain;

      (8)   Common milkweed;

      (9)   Wild carrot;

      (10)   Poison ivy;

      (11)   Wild mustard;

      (12)   Rough pigweed;

      (13)   Lamb’s quarter;

      (14)   Wild lettuce;

      (15)   Curled dock;

      (16)   Smart weeds (all varieties);

      (17)   Poison hemlock;

      (18)   Wild hemp; and

      (19)   Grass.
